On Monday, December 11, The Hebrew Institute of Riverdale (The Bayit) had a special Hanukkah celebration for their children and their families, honoring the children of wounded soldiers of Beit Halochem. A special Hanukkah message sharing the light  of Hanukkah was sent from the children in Israel to the children of Riverdale (The Bayit) sharing the lights and miracles of Hanukkah.

The children of Riverdale, in turn, made video messages and sent back a beautiful video collage of all their children’s messages.

Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light.
