Avri Horowitz and Family Dedicate Memorial Plaque at Beit Halochem Jerusalem

Beit Halochem in Jerusalem was pleased to welcome the Horowitz family for the inauguration of the patio at Beit Halochem in Jerusalem on February 13, 2020. The patio was dedicated in memory of Fred Shraga Horowitz z”l.

Avri Horowitz, his wife Marla, their son and other family members gathered for the ceremony and dedication of the memorial plaque. Avri himself was honored during this occasion.

Representing the  ZDVO and Beit Halochem were Alon Dahan, Jerusalem District Chairman; Naim Azar, Chairman of the Board; Moshe Shemma, Director of the ZDVO Fund; and Herzl Morad, Director of Beit Halochem Jerusalem.

Beit Halochem is grateful to the Horowitz Family for choosing to honor and remember Fred Shraga’s life through supporting Beit Halochem and the 51,000 men, women, and families receiving rehabilitation services there.
