DEDICATION: The Christine Richardson Memorial Children’s Playground at Beit Halochem Tel Aviv

On July 3, 2016, a new children’s playground was dedicated at Beit Halochem Tel Aviv.  Underwritten by The Martin and Sandra Weinstein Family Foundation, the dedication was attended by Martin Weinstein (pictured above), his wife Sandra, and daughter Hilary, along with a group of Israeli friends and colleagues.

The Christine Richardson Memorial Children’s Playground at Beit Halochem Tel Aviv now will serve the many children and grandchildren of disabled veterans and civilian victims of terror attacks who come to Beit Halochem to heal and rehabilitate. It will bring enjoyment and relaxed time to the lives of children and families facing the many challenges of life with a disabled parent or loved one.

“The entire Weinstein and Richardson families would like to thank Beit Halochem for the wonderful function you organized. It was truly amazing,” Martin Weinstein declared. “Sandy, Hilary and I will never forget it.” After a tour of the playground, and the rest of the center, he noted, “We were so impressed by the wonderful physical plant, and by the individual treatment given to each and every individual in the program.”

The Christine Richardson Memorial Children’s Playground at Beit Halochem Tel Aviv is named after Mr. Weinstein’s longtime colleague, who was a devoted Zionist and friend to Israel.

FIDV-Beit Halochem is grateful for the partnership of the Weinstein family in this great project. Many people within the Beit Halochem community will benefit from their generosity.
