We are thrilled to share that our recent event in Miami was a resounding success, supporting the upcoming Beit Halochem center in Ashdod.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible chairwoman, Muriel Scemla, whose leadership and dedication made this event possible. With over 60 guests in attendance, we came together as a community to honor those who have given so much in service.
Special Guest Speaker, Amitai Cohen, told of his harrowing experiences while serving in the IDF, where has been wounded twice. After October 7th, he was helping in Nova, and later in Kibbutz Be’eri.
Cohen spoke from the heart about losing 3 soldiers from his 15-member unit in a building explosion. We thank him for his bravery and commitment to helping Beit Halochem’s other veterans and newly wounded.
Your generosity and support will directly impact the lives of many veterans, providing essential programs and resources they need. Together, we are making a real difference!
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed. We look forward to continuing our mission and hope to see you at our future events!
“There is a category of forgotten people that the Beit Halochem organization and its centers are precisely concerned with: veterans and all the wounded of war.”
