The annual Scholarship Distribution Ceremony of the Beit Halochem Tel Aviv & Central District,  held on December 29, 2024, awarded 745 academic studies, vocational training, and creative arts scholarships. The total amount of awards was $ 827,903 USD.

These funds were raised through the generosity of private donors and Friends Organizations worldwide. Scholarships offer a direct “hand up”, a person-to-person encouragement, from the donor to one of our recovering heroes, showing they care.

A scholarship recipient from a previous year has written to the donor, “I want to express my gratitude for your donation, not only for the scholarship, but also for supporting everything else this organization has to offer. No words can describe the appreciation I have for donors like you.”

In these dangerous times, the scholarship project is even more vital: it supports veterans’ re-entry into civilian life, and makes their dreams possible. We are grateful to those who donate funds for scholarships, thus providing enormous assistance to our members and veterans as they reintegrate into society through education and career development.
