Major General Elyezer Shkedy, former Commander of the Israel Air Force and Director General of El Al, has been appointed Chairman of the International Board of the Friends Organizations of the ZDVO in Israel and the world over.  For the past five years, Shkedy had served as Chairman of the Board of the Friends of ZDVO in Israel.

Adi Strauss, Chairman of Strauss Holdings, who served as a member of the Board of the Friends of ZDVO in Israel, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Friends of ZDVO in Israel.

“We thank Maj. Gen. Shkedy and Adi Strauss for their willingness to serve voluntarily in these important positions,” Adv. Edan Kleiman, Chairman of the Zahal Disabled Veterans Organization (ZDVO) affirms.  “Both of them are very gifted men of great achievement and dedication, and we are happy and proud of their important undertaking.”
